One-on-One Work

About me as a specialist

I'm a psychologist and personal coach. I studied Psychology at the University of Tartu, I'm a Pain Reprocessing Therapy Certified Practitioner (Pain Reprocessing Therapy Center), an ICF-accredited ACC coach, and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. With 8+ years and 1000+ hours of one-on-one experience, I've had the pleasure of working both inside and outside organizations with individuals on all organizational levels.

My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, drawing from solution-focused brief therapy, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, positive psychology, mindfulness-based interventions, cognitive behavioral and metacognitive approaches. I tailor my methods to each individual, focusing on enhancing self-awareness, supporting solution generation, and helping you take consistent, personalized actions toward your goals. I am upfront about what I can and cannot support you with. If necessary, I can at times help you navigate the mental health services landscape if you decide you need further support from other specialists.

I maintain the highest level of confidentiality in both my psychological consultation and my coaching.

Topics I often work with:

  • Alleviating and getting rid of chronic pain

  • Creating clarity for personal vision, goals, and priorities

  • Coping with feeling overwhelmed

  • Enhancing success in specific projects, obstacles, or skills

Process general outline:

  1. Initial Contact: Use the contact form below to contact me. We'll discuss if your topic aligns with my coaching services.

  2. Initial Session: We map out your current situation and goals, and assess our fit. For short-term goals, a session or two might suffice. For long-term changes, we’ll set a collaborative timeline and measure progress regularly.

  3. Contract: After our initial session, we'll create an initial contract and start our journey together.

  4. Sessions: Depending on the topic, we usually meet twice a week, weekly, or bi-weekly. Between sessions, you might engage in exercises or experiments to help you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.
