Who I am right now
A person dedicated to supporting others' development and well-being through both one-on-one and group/organization oriented work. My focus is the psychological treatment of chronic pain and symptoms, followed by effective leadership of self and others, and discovering the strengths of oneself and others. Currently, I use counseling, therapy, training and consultation methods to do that while being physically based mostly in Tallinn, Estonia. My one-on-one work is mostly virtual, but I also do physical meetings.
I studied Psychology at the University of Tartu, among other things I'm a Pain Reprocessing Therapy Certified Practitioner (Pain Reprocessing Therapy Center), and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. With 10+ years and 2000+ hours of one-on-one experience, I've had the pleasure of working with individuals both inside organizations and privately.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, drawing from solution-focused brief therapy, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy, positive psychology, mindfulness-based interventions, cognitive behavioral and metacognitive approaches. I tailor my methods to each individual, focusing on enhancing self-awareness, supporting solution generation, and helping you take consistent, personalized actions toward your goals.
I keep the highest level of confidentiality in my work.
